1. American Cruise Lines
Pregnant Women: No restrictions; permitted to board during any phase of pregnancy.
Infants: Minimum age is 1 month old.
2. Atlas Ocean Voyages
Pregnant Women: Not allowed if entering the 24th week of pregnancy at any time during the cruise.
Infants: Must be 12 months or older; Antarctica sailings require children to be at least 8 years old.
3. Azamara
Pregnant Women: Not accepted if more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise. Health questionnaire required at check-in.
Infants: Must be at least 6 months old; 12 months old for trans-oceanic and cruises with 3+ consecutive sea days.
4. Carnival Cruise Line
Pregnant Women: Prohibited to sail if entering the 24th week of pregnancy before or during the cruise.
Infants: Must be at least 6 months old; 12 months for trans-ocean crossings and itineraries with more than 2 consecutive sea days.
5. Celebrity Cruise Line
Pregnant Women: Not accepted if more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise. Health questionnaire required.
Infants: Must be 6 months old; 12 months for trans-oceanic, Hawaii, select South America, and cruises with 3+ consecutive sea days.

Pregnant Women: Not allowed if 24 weeks pregnant at any stage of the cruise.
Infants: Minimum age is 3 months.
7. Costa Cruise Line
Pregnant Women: Accepted up to 23 weeks with a doctor’s letter confirming health and due date.
Infants: 12 months for trans-ocean crossings and cruises 15+ days; 6 months for others. Infants under 2 not allowed in inside cabins.
8. Crystal Cruise Line
Pregnant Women: Permitted if 24 weeks pregnant or less on day of disembarkation.
Infants: Minimum age is 6 months; may limit children under 3 years.

Pregnant Women: Permitted if 24 weeks pregnant or less on day of disembarkation. Proof required.
Infants: 1 year for trans-oceanic cruises; 6 months for others.

Infants: 6 months for most itineraries; 1 year for transatlantic and Panama Canal cruises.

Infants: Minimum age is 6 months.
