Cruise Line Price Match Policy
Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that if you find a lower price on the same cruise, same stateroom category, and same travel dates, we will match the price.
Eligibility Criteria
The Price Match Guarantee applies only to cruises booked through LavishCruise International and is valid for identical itineraries, stateroom categories, and travel dates. The lower price must include all taxes, fees, and charges, and must be available for booking publicly on a competitor's website or through an authorized agent at the time of the price match request.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, you must contact us within 48 hours of booking or before making the final payment, whichever comes first. You will need to provide a direct link or written proof showing the competitor’s lower price for the same cruise, stateroom, and travel dates. This can include a screenshot, email, or a link to the competitor's publicly available offer.
Exclusions
This policy does not apply to discounted rates, member-only pricing, last-minute flash sales, promotional or special group rates, or package deals that include additional services such as flights, hotels, or excursions. Additionally, prices from third-party travel websites or unauthorized agents are excluded from the price match offer.
Refund Process
Once your request is verified and the competitor's price is confirmed, we will match the lower price and either issue a refund for the price difference or apply the difference as onboard credit, depending on the cruise line’s policies.
Limitations
Price matching is subject to availability. If the competitor’s price is no longer available at the time of the verification, the price match will not apply. The price match policy is also subject to a maximum limit for the refund amount, as determined by the cruise line or travel agency.
